I have featured them in two long scarf designs - the Bougainvillea and the Multi, both included, below. The large and small square neck scarves are hybrids of sorts, reflecting elements of each. |

Can you see how the harmonious effect is achieved? At first you may not notice how some colours are blended or how small areas of neutrals are introduced. This effect is very useful for when you are choosing plain coloured outfits for which the scarf will act as a highlight or accent that looks 'just right'.
These scarves look stunning with their designs of bright red, pink, mauve, white, yellow or orange flower-like leaves clustered in threes around small white blossoms at the ends of cascading, spikey stems.
Bougainvillea thorns can be something of a drawback for gardeners, especially if the plants escape the confines of pots and race off on their own up trees and across supporting branches - but, hey, this is only an image, so don't worry! Your silk artwork will feel springy and softly comforting against your skin.
